Changes V1 to V2 1) Submicrometer scattering: Minimal change in scattering coefficient due to increase of datapoints used for running average for scattering Angstroem (inducing a slightly different truncation correction factor). 2) Supermicrometer scattering: Minimal change in scattering coefficient due to increase of datapoints used for running average for scattering Angstroem (see above). 3) Submicrometer absorption: Change in absorption coefficient due to a minimal change in the flowcorrection and in the scattering correction (V1 uses the 60% RH scattering values for scattering correction but 'dry' scattering values has to be used. I introduced an f(RH) correction factor based on the relation of the 550 nm scattering coefficient measured under 'dry' conditions (<30% RH; nephelometer of OEC-system) and the 60% RH neph. Versions "_noplume" are cleared of local ship traffic and power plant plumes by defining a threshold of the trace gases CO (threshold of 30 ppbv), SO2 (2 ppbv), NOy (2 ppbv), NOx (2 ppbv), NO (2 ppbv) above the background (calculated as running average over 10 min). Cleared periods are set to NaN. Versions "_noplume_nofog" are cleared for plumes (see above) and fog-processed aerosol using Tahllee Baynards fog-rating (see NOAA ICARTT data server), sorting out periods with fog rating of 10 and 6 (The rating is 10 for supersaturated conditions, 6 for overlap with uncertainty rate of detector). Cleared periods are set to NaN.
